AAA
The American Automobile Association is well-known, but check your wallet. Remember the Travel Club you joined just to get emergency road service? Most of them, AAA included, offer maps, best routes, dining and lodging discounts. Check their Website or give a call.

Busch Gardens & Sea World
They have a number of sites across the U.S. including Sesame Place with lots of activities for kids and the kid at heart. Other great locations for kids are, of course, Disney with Disneyland and Disney World. Also with locations around the country is Six Flags Theme Parks by Time Warner. What difficult decisions!

National Parks Service
This is a big country with a lot to see, and many of the national wonders and treasures can be seen in the National Parks. This site lets you select by state, select by searching a theme, or select by park name and has a lot of information.

KOA
This is camping with amenities and often at a considerable cost savings from motels. There are many sites in the U.S., but they even have sites in Canada, Japan and Mexico. Camping options range from tent and RV sites to Kamping Kabins. Kids get a kick out of "Kamping."

America by Bicycle
Ready for an adventure? Long distance tours on bike with accommodations, meals and luggage transportation provided. For the right person(s) this could be a great vacation.

Amtrak
This is a big country with a lot to see, a train can be a welcome alternative to the usual fly or drive. Train and drive is an option between some cities with your car loaded on the train.

Greyhound
